Come visit our Lice Clinic in Chantilly, Virginia.  Call to set up an appointment to be treated by Lisa, our TLC tech.  She will go over consent for treatment forms with you and answer all of your lice questions.  She will advice you on the best practices we have found to control lice in your home and environment and the clean up after you and your family are lice-free.  During the treatment the applicator tip is held against the scalp in a specific pattern on the head for 30 seconds in each position.  The controlled-heated air is directed right where the lice and eggs live - dehydrating them.  After the entire head has been treated, we do a comb out to get the dead lice and eggs out of the hair.  This is purely for cosmetic reasons because there is less than 1% chance that lice or eggs are still alive or viable after this one treatment.  Amazing, right?!
